Shipping Policy
At Essential Hoodies Australia, we want your shopping experience to be simple, transparent, and stress-free. We carefully process every order and work with our delivery partners to get your package to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Delivery Time
Our official delivery timeframe is 8–15 working days from the date your order is placed.
That said, we’re happy to share that around 98% of our orders are delivered within 10 working days. While most customers receive their orders sooner, we provide the 8–15 working day timeframe to allow for occasional delays during transit.
We Work Hard to Deliver on Time
Once your order is confirmed, our team begins processing it as quickly as possible. We carefully prepare and dispatch your order so it can make its way to you without unnecessary delays.
Our goal is simple: get your order to you safely and as quickly as we can.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Although we do our best to meet our estimated delivery timeframe, occasional delays can happen due to circumstances outside our control. These may include:
- Severe weather conditions
- Courier network disruptions
- Public holidays
- Unexpected transportation delays
- Other circumstances beyond our control
If a delay occurs, we appreciate your patience and understanding. We will continue to monitor your shipment and assist you whenever possible.
Stay Updated on Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking information to follow your shipment and check its latest delivery status.
If you have any concerns about your tracking information or delivery, our Customer Service team is here to help.
